After sales customer surveys

You can use or adapt our downloadable customer feedback surveys to gather feedback and assess the overall level of service you provide to your customers – including whether they felt that the information you provided about the products and service you provided was clear.

There are two versions: one asks only about mortgages, the other includes questions on insurance products sold alongside a mortgage. Click on the links to download the surveys as Word documents.

Important note: Please bear in mind that, while these surveys will help you assess how well your customers feel they have been treated, a satisfied customer doesn’t necessarily mean a customer that has been treated fairly. You’ll need to use the information you gather from these surveys in conjunction with other TCF procedures and TCF MI to help you assess whether fair treatment has actually been provided – and to drive change where you feel that it hasn’t.
