MPPI and TCF

 MPPI eligibility questionnaire

The questions below, which could be included as part of the Mortgage Fact Find or used separately, are designed to support any eventual sale (advised or non-advised) of MPPI alongside a mortgage. They could be completed by the sales consultant during a telephone or face to face Fact Find, or by the customer in the case of distance selling.

In support of TCF, you could make completion of all the questions mandatory, linked to performance targets. If a posted or online form comes back incomplete, the sales consultant could, for example, be required to follow up over the telephone.

To download a Word version of this questionnaire for adaptation/own-branding, please follow the link on the right or at the end of this page.
