Complaints log sheets

Follow the links below to download complaint report sheets and logs to help you implement TCF on a day to day basis. There’s also a handy at-a- glance flow chart of a complaints procedure.

How these log sheets will help you implement TCF

  • You’ll be able to record complaints in a format ready for completing your six-monthly report to the FSA.
  • Staff can use the RFC (Recommendation Following Complaint) report sheets to suggest improvements to service following a complaint – with outcomes tracked via the RFC log.
  • These records will help you spot and track complaint trends and areas for improvement, and take action where necessary.
  • The information gathered will inform your TCF MI statistics and help evidence to the FSA how you are implementing TCF.
