TCF Info provides free-of-charge plain English guidance and downloadable templates/ checklists on TCF, including:

- a Tips and tools area containing further checklists, log sheets, letter templates and more, all of which you can download for free and adapt for business or training purposes. Key areas covered include:

The FSA expects all firms to have TCF fully embedded in their culture. This means you should be able to demonstrate that you are
consistently treating your customers fairly and that TCF is integral to all aspects of your business activity. The records you
hold across these areas should already evidence that you are implementing TCF, but why not use the Self-audit checklist to verify
this? The checklist has space to record your findings and can be re-used at regular intervals.
