Welcome to TCF Info’s Case Study section. Here we provide simple ‘Case Examples’ of good and not so good practice in the mortgage industry as well as full Case Studies that double up as ‘how to’ guides. We also offer links to further case studies on the FSA website.

Our case studies will:

  • give you ideas on practices to promote or avoid in your business
  • offer guidance on how to go about implementing certain aspects of TCF

In so doing they will help you focus on achieving the FSA’s six desired outcomes for consumers, (Read ‘What is TCF?’).

While all of our own case studies and examples are mortgage industry specific, those we link to on the FSA website include mortgage and non-mortgage industry examples.

We’ll be adding more TCF Info case studies in the near future.
